.Betty, I'm really happy for you and imma let you finish but WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK is your problem?
THANK GOD you said that because if you were feeling sympathetic or something for her this week we would have had words.

I knew that there were five posts here already, and you two are usually in here first, having Sunday nights off and all. So when I finished watching just now, and saw that, I thought "Boy, I hope Mary and Gatzy can explain that ending to me." I'll settle for a shared reaction. :-)

Yes, Whiskey Tango Foxtrot, Betty? Your guilty feelings over kissing Henry are somehow Don's fault? Especially after "the best business trip in the history of business trips," as Mary so rightly put it. Don managed to make that business trip nearly all about Betty, and this is the thanks he gets.

Also, it was such a jolt coming on the heels of her actually parenting Sally well. For once.

He is supportive about her Junior League thing, asks her to go to Rome, totally focused on her in Rome, and generous when they get back. Bastard.
Exactly. Not that this would excuse future philandering by Don, but Betty seems to realize he's not got a great track record for keeping his pants on. Spitting on loving behavior by him is baffling. It's little wonder that he had Connie ship the bauble; he probably thought it was a magical trip for both of them.

(But, if I may wade in the shallow end for a sec: OhmyGod is January Jones hot. She was wearin' those clothes.)
