Things I loved:

Megan's Heinz concept and, even more, her elegant handling of the dinner pitch.

Sally's party dress.

Roger and Sally. I don't care what came after, that was adorable.

Peggy's face during the non-proposal. Brilliant.

Joan and Peggy. It was so cute that Peggy needed Joan's approval and Joan was so, so kind to her. <3

Emil. I love that actor in everything he does. Ronald Guttman, apparently.

Julia Ormond and Ray Wise too!

Peggy's mother's speech at the end of that scene. I love that they have her a very valid point, especially for the times. She was mean to leave the way she did, and Peggy has the right to do what she wants. But Mom's point is informed by years of observation and experience and the show didn't make a caricature of her.
