Which reminds me: I also loved Peggy's feeling of sisterhood with Megan. Her line about how she felt like SHE had just won, when Megan's campaign won Heinz.
That was so cool! A true sisterhood. Megan thought she would have to break it to Peggy, that Peggy would feel cheated or undermined, somehow. But Peggy wants other women to follow through the door she opened.

Joan and Peggy. It was so cute that Peggy needed Joan's approval and Joan was so, so kind to her. <3
Yeah, I really liked that scene. I like that as time has gone by Joan and Peggy have become more friends.

They really have. Joan's approval is important to Peggy, but Joan really sees her as a friend, and a kindred spirit.

The Peggy/Joan relationship arc is really something: Joan seemed jealous of Peggy's trail-blazing at one point, and as late as last season -- in the wake of Joey getting fired, and Joan's "meaningless secretary/humorless bitch" comment in the elevator -- I wouldn't have given much hope for Peggy and Joan being friends. But it looks as though Peggy's "That's bullshit!" comment, in the wake of the Don/Megan engagement announcement, really furthered a bond between Joan and Peggy.
