I agree, gatz, I liked Peggy's reaction to Megan leaving. Mostly because she came all the way from disapproval/disappointment/bewilderment to acceptance/admiration. And then back again, a little bit. :) She started out shocked that Megan would throw away a career in ADVERTISING. *angels sing* But then sees that it's Megan's dream and it's actually the more independent choice, all Dons considered.

And I love how Joan boils it all down to Don's pattern of marrying two-bit entertainers. :)

Favorite lines:

Peggy to the boys: "HEY! Megan's talking to you."

Ginsberg's reaction to Megan resigning: "She owes me like 15 dollars at this point..."

Pete: "...do they make you feel small and insignificant?"
Harry: "No, Jennifer does that."

Don: "I was raised in the 30s. My dream was indoor plumbing."

Roger: "Jane wanted a baby, but I thought, 'Why do that to somebody?'"

THE BEST:

Roger watches Pete awkwardly gather up the skis and poles and leave his office: "And I got to see that."
